First Personnel Reserve of Prefects will be created before April 2016. This was stated by Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine Hennadii Zubko commenting on a draft law "On Prefects" which defines the organization, powers and procedure of activities of prefects.

Hennadii Zubko highlighted the importance of the adoption of this law after making amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, because central government switches from management to control and supervision.

"In accordance with the draft low appointment of prefects of regions in all areas will be implemented with the selection of candidates on a competitive basis until April 1, 2016", - said Hennadii Zubko.

According to him, by April 1, 2016, it is planned to create the Personnel Reserve of Prefects in the amount of 100 people.

"We are laying new principles of personnel policy in the state. The formation of the Personnel Reserve of Prefects will ensure the selection and training of professional, responsible people who will then will be appointed as prefects of regions", Hennadii Zubko said.
