Viacheslav Kyrylenko met with key figures of public broadcasting of Poland

On March 5, the Government’s House hosted a meeting of Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Culture of Ukraine Viacheslav Kyrylenko with the management of the public television of the Republic of Poland: chairman of the TVP Board Juliusz Braun and general director of TVP1 Piotr Radziszewski.

Viacheslav Kyrylenko told about the process of creation in Ukraine of the public television and expressed interest in closer cooperation with producers of Polish television and film industry. "We want to replace the Russian cinema and military TV series, which are gradually driven out from the market, with high rated products of European, and in particular Polish industry", said Viacheslav Kyrylenko.

In turn, Juliusz Braun and Piotr Radziszewski emphasized Polish television reporters and producers of TV series have the desire to cooperate with Ukrainian colleagues, in particular to create joint projects, and offered to organize in the near future a large Ukrainian-Polish forum to gather representatives of the television industry of the two countries.
