Sergii Koretskyi: Ukraine receives a further EUR 4.36 billion from the EU under the Ukraine Support Loan
Ukraine has received a further EUR 4.36 billion from the European Union under the Ukraine Support Loan: EUR 3.7 billion in macro-financial assistance and EUR 660 million for defense, Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi said.
According to him, the funds will go toward priority budget spending and the most urgent needs of the Defense Forces.
"As Russian attacks continue, this support is critical for strengthening our defense capability and preserving financial stability," the Head of Government stressed.
Sergii Koretskyi thanked European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Commissioners Valdis Dombrovskis and Andrius Kubilius, and all EU member states for their sustained support of Ukraine.
The Prime Minister said the Government continues working with its European partners to ensure the remaining funding arrives on time and in full.
