Arseniy Yatsenyuk: Government submits to the Parliament a bill to declare organizations as terrorist

Prime Minister of
Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk appealed to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to support
the government's bill on the recognition of organizations as terrorist. He announced
at a Cabinet’s meeting on Wednesday, January 21.
"The Government suggests
empowering the National Security and Defence Council, the decisions of which are
enacted by Decrees of the President of Ukraine, to declare organizations as
terrorist ones and to determine a list of such terrorist organizations by a
decree of the President of Ukraine", stressed Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
Besides, the Head of
the Government informed, a special judicial procedure is to be introduced to recognize
organizations as terrorist.
