Yulia Svyrydenko: Another Made in Ukraine policy programme is now operational – support for industrial parks damaged by russian attacks

The Government continues implementing the Made in Ukraine policy aimed at developing domestic manufacturing. Another programme has now become operational – state support for industrial parks damaged as a result of russian attacks.

“This week, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture approved an application for UAH 91 million for the Sparrow Park Lviv industrial park, which was damaged during a massive russian attack on Lviv in 2025. The funds will be used to restore the park’s industrial infrastructure,” Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko announced.

The first application approved this year was also granted for the SMART TECH INDUSTRY industrial park in Poltava region, amounting to UAH 5.5 million. The funding will be directed towards the construction of gas and water supply networks.

Under this programme, the state covers up to 80% of infrastructure restoration costs, but no more than UAH 200 million per park.

For the construction of new infrastructure, a 50/50 co-financing mechanism applies, with a maximum level of state support of up to UAH 150 million.

At the same time, the management company must invest its own funds, commission at least 5,000 square metres of industrial space, and attract at least two industrial enterprises.

The 2026 state budget allocates UAH 1 billion for the programme supporting industrial parks.

“This year, we were able to begin accepting applications earlier – from 31 March, and submissions will continue until 15 August,” Yulia Svyrydenko noted, adding that by the end of last year, 37 factories had already been built or were under construction in industrial parks.

Industrial parks are part of the investment component of the Made in Ukraine policy for developing Ukrainian manufacturers.
