Made in Ukraine: First two industrial parks receive state support in 2026
The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine has announced that two industrial parks – SMART TECH INDUSTRY in Poltava region and Sparrow Park Lviv in Lviv – have become the first recipients of state support in 2026, receiving a total of more than UAH 96.5 million under the industrial park incentive programme implemented in line with Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 644 (as amended).
- SMART TECH INDUSTRY Industrial Park, located in the village of Zasullia, Lubny district, Poltava region, will receive UAH 5.5 million for the construction of external gas and water supply networks within the park.
- Sparrow Park Lviv, located in the Syhnivka industrial zone in Lviv, will receive UAH 91 million to restore engineering and transport infrastructure – including electricity, water supply and sewage systems – damaged during a missile attack in October 2025. The park is using a special recovery mechanism introduced in March 2026, under which funding covers 80% of the estimated cost of restoring damaged infrastructure.
“State support for industrial parks is an investment in the recovery and development of Ukrainian industry. The park in Poltava region is receiving infrastructure to attract new manufacturers, while support for the Lviv park is a concrete state response to the consequences of missile attacks,” said Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Vitaliy Kindrativ.
The programme provides non-repayable funding of up to UAH 150 million for one or several applicant projects. Financing covers up to 50% of project costs (up to 80% for de-occupied and frontline territories, as well as for infrastructure restoration following hostilities). Applications may be submitted until 15 August through one of four authorised banks: Oschadbank, Ukreximbank, Ukrgasbank or Sense Bank.
In addition to co-financing requirements, recipients of state support undertake obligations to commission at least 5,000 square metres of industrial real estate and attract at least two industrial enterprises within three years.
Consultations on participation in the programme are provided by the Ministry’s Industrial Parks and Investment Support Department.
