Yulia Svyrydenko: I thank the Government team for serving the country in a time of great challenges

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko discussed with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy the challenges facing the country, the changes needed to strengthen the Government’s work, and relations with international partners.

“At this moment, it is critically important to unite all our strength and resources to make Ukraine stronger.

I am grateful to the President for his trust and for his high assessment of our team’s work. I am proud to have had the honour of leading the Government during one of the most difficult periods in Ukraine’s modern history,” Yulia Svyrydenko said. “I thank every man and woman defending Ukrainian land. Our warriors are our strength and the foundation of our independence.

I am grateful to the entire Government team for serving the country through extraordinary challenges. Together, we visited every part of our remarkable country, with particular attention to frontline regions. We made extremely difficult decisions under intense pressure, endured the hardest winter, and never allowed the enemy to stop the heartbeat of our state – its economy.

The President and I also discussed our next steps.

I remain ready to serve the Ukrainian state and carry out every task aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s position, defending our national interests, and bringing a just peace closer.”
