eOselia: Over the past week, 144 Ukrainian families received housing loans
Over the past week, under the eOselia affordable housing loan program, Ukrainians received 144 new loans totaling UAH 277.4 million.
Of these, loans at 3% interest were issued to:
- 64 military personnel and security sector representatives
- 6 educators
- 6 medical professionals
- 1 researchers.
Loans at 7% were issued to:
- 42 Ukrainians without their own housing
- 25 IDPs
In total, since the beginning of 2026, some 3,250 Ukrainian families have taken advantage of the eOselia program, receiving preferential mortgages totaling over UAH 6.3 billion.
The largest number of loans under the program were issued in Kyiv region—52, in the city of Kyiv—32, in Ivano-Frankivsk region—10, and in Lviv region—9.
In addition, frontline regions such as Odesa, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions were among the top 10 regions last week where Ukrainians took out the most loans for the purchase of housing.
It should be noted that the eOselia programme is also available to residents of frontline territories. The programme provides for state compensation of 70% of the initial mortgage payment, 70% of monthly payments during the first year of the loan, as well as up to UAH 40,000 for related expenses when applying for a mortgage.
By property type, 85 Ukrainians received loans for first-time property purchases, of which 48 properties are under construction. Another 59 loans were issued for the purchase of housing on the secondary market.
Background information
The eOselia program is part of the Made in Ukraine policy, which aims to stimulate demand for Ukrainian goods and create favorable conditions for the development of production.
The program is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and PJSC Ukrfinzhytlo. The partner banks of eOselia are Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Bank Credit Dnipro, TASCOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
