  • eOselia: Since the start of the year, 856 Ukrainians have received housing loans worth UAH 1.5 billion

    In 2025, 856 Ukrainian families received loans for housing totalling UAH 1.5 billion under the eOselia Affordable Mortgage programme. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Andriy Teliupa.

    "Over the past week, Ukrainians received 108 loans for housing in the amount of UAH 197 million. The eOselia programme has favourable conditions for all Ukrainians who want to improve their housing conditions. The 3% discount rate continues to be available for such categories of citizens as military personnel and law enforcement officers, doctors, teachers, scientists and their families. For combatants, veterans, IDPs and other citizens without housing, the mortgage rate is 7%," said Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Andriy Teliupa.

    In particular, last week, loans at 3% were granted to:

    - 45 military and security personnel;

    - 3 doctors;

    - 5 teachers;

    - 2 scientists.

    Loans at 7% were received by:

    - 43 Ukrainians without their own housing;

    - 9 IDPS;

    - 1 veteran.

    Most loans were issued in Kyiv region (38), Kyiv city (26), Vinnytsia and Lviv regions (6), and Ivano-Frankivsk, Odesa, and Khmelnytsky regions (4). By type of property, 53 Ukrainians received loans for first-time buyers, including 19 properties under construction, and 55 loans were issued for housing on the secondary market.

    Background Information

    The eOselia programme is one of the components of the "Made in Ukraine" policy aimed at stimulating demand for Ukrainian products and creating favourable conditions for the development of domestic production. The programme was launched in October 2022 and is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Ukrfinzhytlo. The partner banks of eOselia are Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Credit Dnipro Bank, MTB Bank, TASKOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
