eOselia: Nearly 4,200 Ukrainians received concessional mortgages totalling UAH 7.6 billion since start of year
Since the beginning of 2025, nearly 4,200 Ukrainians have benefited from the eOselia programme, with the total value of concessional housing loans reaching UAH 7.6 billion.
Last week, 162 loans worth UAH 288 million were issued. Loans at 3% were granted to:
- 68 military personnel and security sector representatives
- 7 medical professionals
- 5 educators
- 5 researchers
Loans at 7% were granted to:
- 55 Ukrainians without their own housing
- 19 internally displaced persons
- 3 veterans
The highest number of loans were issued in: Kyiv region (45), Kyiv city (34), Ivano-Frankivsk region (14), and Lviv region (12).
By property type: 103 Ukrainians received loans for primary market housing, including 26 for properties under construction. Another 59 loans were for secondary market housing.
Since the programme’s launch in October 2022, 19,002 loans have been issued, totalling over UAH 31.7 billion.
