Vyacheslav Kyrylenko took part in a solemn welcoming ceremony for the youth national Olympic team at the Boryspil airport

The youth Olympic team has triumphantly returned to Ukraine. On behalf of the Government, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Vyacheslav Kyrylenko congratulated young sport stars.

"We congratulate you on the impressive victorious result, because being among more than two hundred countries in the top ten is a great victory for our country! Thank you! This is a great contribution to our common goal. Ukrainians have been watching your successes and are proud of you so much. You are the example to the youth", the Vice Prime Minister appealed to the youth Olympic team.

The Vice Prime Minister added that the winners will receive medal bonuses from the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

The event was attended by President of the NOC Serhii Bubka, Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Ihor Zhdanov,  coaches, parents and friends of athletes and took place in the arrival lounge of the terminal D of the Boryspil International Airport.

It should be noted that young Ukrainian athletes won 23 medals: 7 gold, 8 silver and 8 bronze.
