    The Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has launched work on the first pilot project of internship for students from the Ukrainian Leadership Academy (ULA). Students from 6 branches of the ULA - Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Poltava and Mykolaiv - will gain experience in different departments of the Secretariat during one week.

    State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Volodymyr Bondarenko told about changes in the civil service, new approaches to work organization in the Secretariat of the Government and about young specialist's influence on a public administration reform.

    Since the time Volodymyr Bondarenko won the competition for the position of State Secretary, there can be seen a number of noticeable extraordinary changes, which take place in the building on Hrushevsky Street. Besides the official events in the Government House, there are organized a lot of exhibitions, in particular of famous artists. Moreover, there has been realized the BookCrossing initiative and created an open space for communication – a press cafe.

    “I have a mission to create such working conditions, which will allow a person, after having an efficient working day, to have inspiration and go to the cinema or theater, etc. And to come back to work with new emotions and inspiration the next day”, Volodymyr Bondarenko shared his motivational plans and added that conditions are being created for the people to have a desire to join the civil service, bring about changes and achieve success”.
