The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine's Vlasna Sprava grant programme is a key part of the Government's eRobota initiative and is aimed at supporting micro and small businesses. Together with Work.ua, Oschadbank has joined forces to support the development of entrepreneurship among veterans.
Veterans and their family members will receive 5 Smart 1 job packages, which will help them find qualified employees and scale their businesses faster. Civilian grantees will be offered a free job posting service.
"We are pleased to join this important initiative to support our veterans and their families and provide them with better opportunities to develop their initiatives in the labour market. As a business, we want to set an example that we can help veteran entrepreneurs at the start," Work.ua said.
By posting vacancies free of charge on the largest Ukrainian job search portal, entrepreneurs will have an opportunity to find the right specialists faster and build a professional team of like-minded people.
"Supporting Ukrainian business is not only our duty but also an investment in the future. Each new business means new jobs, taxes to the budget and economic development," Oschadbank representatives commented.
The joint initiative of Work.ua and Oschadbank is a vivid example of social responsibility of business and promotion of entrepreneurship in Ukraine under the programme ‘Vlasna Sprava’.
All recipients of grants under the Vlasna Sprava programme automatically receive a certificate for free job posting on Work.ua. To activate the certificate, veterans need to call the specified number, while civilian grantees just need to scan the QR code.
