Ihor Klymenko: Interior Ministry service centres have provided more than 2.3 million services since the beginning of 2026

The Interior Ministry’s service centres continue to operate across all regions of Ukraine, from major cities to frontline communities. Since the beginning of 2026, they have provided more than 2.3 million services, Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko announced.

The Minister noted that vehicle registration remains the most popular service, with more than one million registration transactions completed this year. During the same period, specialists at the service centres administered more than 680,000 driving tests and issued over 350,000 driving licences.

“At the same time, we continue to expand our digital services. Core services are already available online through the Driver’s Cabinet and the Diia app. We are continuously broadening the range of digital services to make them even more convenient for citizens. Supporting frontline areas and remote communities is particularly important. Where access to permanent service centres is limited by security or logistical challenges, mobile Interior Ministry service centres are deployed,” Ihor Klymenko said.

In addition, the Ministry’s mobile service centres are operating at sites affected by russian attacks. People whose documents have been destroyed as a result of shelling can obtain replacements free of charge on site, as well as deregister damaged vehicles.

“Even in the most difficult circumstances, people must be confident that essential public services remain available. That is exactly what we are working to ensure every day,” the Minister stressed.
