The Government has allocated an additional UAH 3.5 billion for the eVidnovlennia programme. These funds will expand support for families who lost their homes due to russia’s armed aggression and accelerate their return to normal life.

“We are continuing to develop the eVidnovlennia programme. The adopted decision will enable the issuance of over 2,000 housing certificates for purchasing new homes and fund the reconstruction of private houses on privately owned land for hundreds of families,” said Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine and Minister for Communities and Territories Development Oleksii Kuleba.

To date, over 100,000 Ukrainian families have received assistance through the programme for repairs, reconstruction, or purchasing new housing.

Nearly 90,000 Ukrainians have received financial compensation for restoring damaged housing.

Over 18,500 citizens have received housing certificates to purchase new homes to replace those destroyed. Nearly 11,000 Ukrainians have already purchased new housing, including over 4,500 internally displaced persons.

At the beginning of this year, payments for reconstructing housing on privately owned land also began, and the programme is now actively being implemented. So far, 475 citizens have received funds totalling UAH 606.9 million.

Priority groups for the eVidnovlennia programme include military personnel, families of fallen defenders, internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, and large families.
