"The competition was held with the participation of independent representatives of the EU, the EBRD, the IFC and the Business Ombudsman in accordance with a comprehensive, open, and competitive procedure applicable to all strategically important state-owned enterprises. The Government took all the necessary steps to restart management and followed the recommendations of its partners to hold the competition in a full, rather than reduced, format," Yulia Svyrydenko emphasised.
