The Government is continuing the reform of medical and social expert commissions, and the ministries and agencies involved are working together in a coordinated manner to implement the tasks set. This was emphasised by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at a meeting of the Cabinet on 25 March.
“We are reforming the outdated bureaucratic inefficient system. Our goals are to restore human health, give people the opportunity to work, support themselves and their families and provide social assistance to those who really need it,” said Denys Shmyhal.
According to him, 1,440 teams of experts are currently assessing people’s functional capacity and decisions have already been made for 90,000 people.
