Ukraine has secured EUR 50 million from the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Government of Italy to compensate for homes destroyed by Russia's aggression. Prime Minister Sergii Koretskyi announced this.

The funds will go toward housing certificates under the state eVidnovlennia program, providing new homes for about 2,200 Ukrainian families who lost theirs to Russian attacks.

"This is the first tranche of an additional EUR 100 million under the HOME project, which we agreed with our partners at URC-2026 in Gdańsk," the Prime Minister said.

Koretskyi added that Ukraine had previously secured EUR 200 million under the HOME, which funded more than 6,000 housing certificates.

The Prime Minister thanked the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Government of Italy for their vital support for Ukraine and for helping families who lost their homes in the war.
