During a working visit to Zaporizhzhia, Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Acquired Territories of Ukraine, visited the Zaporizhzhia boarding school “Sich Collegium”, which houses IDPs, as well as humanitarian hubs at the Zaporizhzhia Regional Youth Centre and the Polohy Unity Space.

The Deputy Prime Minister met with the IDPs and talked to the staff of the humanitarian hubs and volunteers.

The team of the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Acquired Territories handed over aid from UNICEF, the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, and the Government of Poland.

Speaking to regional authorities and volunteers, Iryna Vereshchuk stressed the importance of competent psychological assistance, an essential component of social work.
