Applications opened for state support of industrial parks under the Made in Ukraine policy

Department of Information and Public Communications of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, posted 31 March 2026 09:44

As part of the Made in Ukraine policy, applications for state support for industrial parks in 2026 have now opened. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.

Applications can be submitted until 15 August through partner banks: JSC Oschadbank, JSC Ukreximbank, JSC Ukrgasbank and JSC Sense Bank.

“The state provides co-financing to support the creation of industrial infrastructure, connection to electricity networks, and the restoration of damaged facilities. Businesses can launch new production facilities, create jobs and manufacture products with higher added value,” the Prime Minister said.

This year the Government has strengthened support for industrial parks that have suffered as a result of russian shelling.

  • The state will cover up to 80% of the cost of restoring infrastructure damaged or destroyed by hostilities – up to UAH 200 million per park. Such applications will be considered on a priority basis.
  • The list of territories eligible for the preferential 80/20 co-financing mechanism has been expanded. The scheme, which previously applied to de-occupied communities, now also covers frontline territories.

As of the end of 2025, 37 factories had been built or were under construction in industrial parks.

Since the launch of the programme, 22 industrial parks have already received state support, within which 56 projects are being implemented with a total value of UAH 1.8 billion.

State support is provided on a co-financing basis of 50/50 (80/20 for frontline and de-occupied territories). Applicants are also required to put into operation at least 5,000 sq. m of industrial real estate and attract at least two manufacturing enterprises within three years. As a result, every hryvnia of state investment attracts 5–6 hryvnias of private investment.

“Industrial parks are an integral part of the investment component of the policy to develop Ukrainian manufacturers under the Made in Ukraine initiative,” Yulia Svyrydenko emphasised.
