CONSEQUENCES OF SHELLING
In Odesa region, power lines were damaged by nighttime kamikaze drone attacks, leaving some consumers in the town of Kiliya without electricity.
Repair crews are inspecting the damaged networks.
SITUATION IN THE REGIONS
In Mykolaiv region, two 150 kV overhead power lines were simultaneously disconnected for technological reasons. The outage resulted in the unloading of two wind farms with a total load of 80 MW. In less than an hour, the wind farms were restored to full capacity.
SITUATION IN THE FRONTLINE REGIONS
Enemy terror continues in the frontline and border regions with russia. In Donetsk region, a 35 kV overhead power line and a 35 kV substation were shut down due to hostile shelling, which led to a power outage for 4,000 customers in 9 settlements. Some customers have been partially reconnected, and repairs are ongoing with the permission of the military.
Some consumers in Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson and Chernihiv regions remain without power. Repair crews are working where the security situation allows.
POWER GENERATION
Power engineers continue to prepare the power system for the heating season, which may be affected by russian attacks. A large-scale repair campaign is underway at thermal, hydro and nuclear generation facilities.
CONSEQUENCES OF THE KAKHOVKA HPP DAM BLOW-UP
Over the past day, about a kilometre of new power lines have been built in Kherson and a transformer substation has been restored to reconnect 19 private homes. About 9,000 consumers remain without power in the city. Power engineers are working to restore the power supply, but the repair work is slowed down by shelling.
SITUATION AT THE ZNPP
The water level in the ZNPP cooling pond remains unchanged. It is currently at 16.03 metres. This is sufficient to meet the needs of the plant.
EXPORT/IMPORT
Commercial electricity imports over the past day totalled 2,246.00 MWh. Exports to Slovakia totalled 400 MWh.
