The creation of effective, clear mechanism to coordinate the reforms is now coming to the fore in the overall reform process. This was announced by Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleksandr Saienko during the presentation of a comprehensive assessment of the public administration system program implemented by the OECD and SIGMA.
"Today, coordination of reforms is of paramount importance. Our Government is pursuing a number of priority reforms, and the government reform, which directly creates the state's ability to implement reforms, is one of those. 75 percent of the completed indicators planned for 2017 are, as I see it, a rather successful result in current developments. However, it is obvious that without qualitative planning and coordination with other reforms it is impossible to achieve higher indicators. The success of all the reforms is interwoven", the Minister said.
Olexandr Saienko noted that the reform of public administration should be a priority for all the authorities.
"Despite the fact that the period of pre-election turbulence is ahead, we all need to unite behind the idea of making our state institutions capable and to revitalize the work", added the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
