A year ago, the Government relaunched the programme to compensate 25% of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery – one of the tools under the Made in Ukraine policy to support manufacturers. Today, the programme includes 152 engineering companies offering 13,283 types of machinery and equipment for purchase with compensation.

“The development of Ukrainian agricultural engineering is our strategic goal within the Made in Ukraine policy. The 25% compensation programme creates steady demand for Ukrainian companies’ products and encourages investment in production. The expansion to 152 manufacturers and over 13,000 models shows that businesses see the programme’s effectiveness and are actively joining. This is an effective mechanism for supporting national industry, creating new jobs, and boosting our manufacturers’ competitiveness,” said Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy.

Over the year, 131 engineering companies joined the programme, with the list of machinery growing by more than 12,700 items. The largest expansion occurred in 2024, when manufacturers actively joined following the programme’s relaunch. At that time, 117 companies and over 11,000 models were included. In 2025, the programme continues to grow steadily, with an additional 14 manufacturers and over 1,500 new items. Given this pace, the Government has already planned funding for the programme until the end of the year.

Throughout the year, 6,180 units of machinery were sold, generating over UAH 4 billion in revenue (excluding VAT) for Ukrainian manufacturers. The state, in turn, compensated UAH 989 million to agricultural producers who purchased machinery from the list.

Thanks to increased orders, Ukrainian manufacturers created over 1,000 new jobs. The programme also contributed to a 10% reduction in agricultural machinery imports.
