    The support for the system of vocational education in the context of the general economic growth will allow to solve the problems of employment, to meet the needs of industry in qualified personnel, as well as to form a middle class in Ukraine. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, while visiting Nemyrivskii vocational college in Vinnitsa region. This is one of the 745 vocational education establishments currently operating in Ukraine. The Head of Government visited the Lyceum Training Center, which, at the expense of a subvention from the state budget and at the expense of the regional development budget, is equipped with modern training apparatus and machine tools for training welders, tilers, etc. 347 students from the whole region study in the college.

    "Our task is to focus on creating business conditions and additional jobs. And here the training of professional staff is incredibly important. The issues of employment, decent wages are of utmost importance. A decent level of income is the basis for the middle class. For me, the middle class is a doctor, a farmer, a skilled worker, an entrepreneur", the Head of Government said.
