The geographical and historical features of Ukraine make it impossible to compare it with other countries. The scope and need of the reforms that Ukraine puts in practice is truly unique. This was stated by Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze at GLOBSEC Bratislava Forum 2018.
According to the Vice Prime Minister, Europe should assess Ukraine's achievements in implementing reforms, taking into account the country's specificities and the challenges facing Ukraine today. "Every sphere needs reforms. Every question is complicated. Each solution is questioned. However, there is a common understanding among civil society and the Government that we need to move forward. Citrizens also want to leave the post-Soviet system in the past and to move on ", Ivanna Klimpush-Tsintsadze stressed.
She emphasized that far-reaching reforms are being implemented amid Russian aggression.
Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze stressed that this is not the time for to "getting tired" either for Ukrainians or partners, because at present, systemic changes take place that lay the foundations for future growth.
