Update on the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection

According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of June 7, in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 535 (30 children out of this number, 61 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.

During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 601 persons, 33 patients died, 1,743 persons recovered. There have been conducted 17,591 testings (10,723 using the PCR method, 1,356 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 5,512).

During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

• 2,215,052 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
• 2,094,971 people recovered;
• 51,215 people died;
• 10,346,878 testing have been conducted.

The number of people with coronavirus disease in regions:

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are not available.
