A national marketplace designed to help Ukrainian tech companies connect with customers worldwide, CodeUA, is being launched.

CodeUA is a platform created by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Lviv IT Cluster for convenient cooperation between Ukrainian IT companies and global businesses. It will help companies enter new markets, increase exports, and attract foreign investment, which will contribute to the development of the IT sector and the Ukrainian economy.

Foreign clients of Ukrainian companies will be able to use various convenient tools on CodeUA, from analytics and AI assistant to legal support and round-the-clock concierge service. This will help them easily find suitable partners based on clear criteria for specific business needs.

“CodeUA is not just about increasing the number of contracts or exports. It is about the global promotion of Ukraine’s brand as a high-tech country. Its goal is effective matchmaking between Ukrainian IT companies and global businesses. Despite the full-scale war, Ukrainian IT companies continue to cooperate with customers from all over the world. This is our loud global message: cooperate with Ukrainian companies, build win-win relationships and invest in them right now,” said Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Development and Minister of Digital Transformation.

Any tech company with a representative office or branch in Ukraine that meets the CodeUA requirements can register on the platform for free.

“Some Ukrainian code is contained in many technological products. They are used by billions of people around the world. We want there to be even more such cases. CodeUA will set high standards in its work and ensure effective matchmaking with global businesses. Lviv IT Cluster will carefully check the portfolio of each tech company registered on the platform. This guarantees the provision of high quality IT services to customers from all over the world,” emphasised Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of Lviv IT Cluster, the largest business association of IT companies in Ukraine.
