Ministry of Digital Transformation: From soccer to programming — Mriia now has a section with over 6,000 clubs for children
To find a sports club nearby, to enroll your child in art classes, or to check the schedule of online classes, you need to check out the new “Extracurricular Activities” section in the Mriia app. Over 6,000 clubs have been added to the state education ecosystem, compiled in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science, and the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.
From sports and dance to science, photography, and scouting: each club has its card with a description, contact details, and important information. Choose free or paid classes near your residence or online for distance learning.
For schools, this update is a convenient way to present their clubs and after-school groups in a single digital space. More than 350+ schools have already created 1,719 clubs in the Mriia.
The Mriia app will soon offer the ability to enroll children in clubs and track them in the daily schedule. In addition, an AI-based recommendation system will be launched to select clubs according to each child's interests.
Mriia.Extracurricular is another dimension of the digital ecosystem that accompanies children from their early years of education to adulthood. Update the app and start using it.
Mriia is an initiative of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education and Science together with the EGAP Program, which is implemented by the East Europe Foundation with the support of Switzerland.
