Even more new public services in the field of construction are now available through the Diia portal. They apply to both private and apartment buildings as well as industrial buildings. Therefore, online now you can get a construction passport for land development, register a declaration of readiness of the facility for exploitation, which belongs to the facilities with minor consequences CC1, obtain a construction permit and a certificate of commissioning of facilities for the class of consequences CC2, CC3 in electronic form, as well as submit applications for cancellation of documents on the beginning of preparatory and construction works.

"Increasing the number of administrative services in the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction is another step towards the reform of the construction sector. We aim at full automation of construction processes. This minimizes human interference in most processes, and thus removes corruption risks," said Minister of Communities and Territories Development Oleksii Chernyshov.

In the personal account on the Diia portal one can track the status of the application. Notification of the issuance of documents or refusal to receive them will be sent to the customer's e-mail address, as well as appear in the electronic personal account and the Register of construction activities.

"The common ambitious goal of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development and the Ministry of Finance is to ensure the transfer of all administrative services in the field of construction to electronic form by the end of the year," added Oleksandr Dudchenko, Deputy Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.

It will be noted that the Unified Electronic System in the Field of Construction is a nationwide information system designed to streamline the construction process in Ukraine and make it transparent and free from corruption. Currently, it includes:

✓ 10 electronic services for customers through the Diia portal.

✓ More than 100 thousand construction objects registered in the Register of construction activities.

✓ More than 500 thousand visitors to the public portal of the state electronic system in the field of construction.

A single state electronic system in the field of construction is being created in cooperation with the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development and the Ministry of Finance with the support of the USAID/UK aid Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/TAPAS project.
