Ministry of Finance launches dashboard of local budget finances

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine introduces a new analytical tool called “dashboard” which is designed to provide a quick analysis of local budget finances and to improve their transparency. Now, thanks to the dashboard, representatives of communities, public experts and other stakeholders will have access to up-to-date information in a simple and convenient way.

The dashboard covers actual information on the financial resources of local budgets: local budget revenues, interbudgetary transfers, balances on the accounts of the general fund of local budgets and balances of the development budget, etc.

The information is published on the basis of data from the LOGICA information and analytical system for managing the planning and execution of local budgets, and will be updated on a regular basis.

The dashboard contains the following indicators:

• revenues (general and special funds);
• interbudgetary transfers (general and special funds);
• balances of local budget accounts (general fund and development budget);
• share of interbudgetary transfers in the total amount of local budgets;
• share of national taxes and fees, as well as local taxes and fees in local budget revenues.

In particular, as of July 1, 2025, local budgets received revenues of UAH 368.4 billion, including UAH 103.5 billion in intergovernmental transfers, which accounted for 28.1% of total local budget revenues. The balances on the accounts of the general fund of local budgets amounted to UAH 122.4 billion, and the balances of the development budget amounted to UAH 5.2 billion.
