  • Iryna Vereshchuk: Veterans will be the backbone of the personnel reserve for the de-occupied territories

Veterans will be the backbone of the personnel reserve for the de-occupied territories. This was emphasised by Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, during the Forum for support of veteran entrepreneurship.

The official called for increased awareness of veterans about the possibility of registering for the personnel reserve. After all, they are the most motivated and most deserving to perform the functions of the state in the de-occupied territories.

“Both physically and morally, our veterans are worthy of being heads of authorities in the liberated territories, implementing the state’s policy of restoring and reintegrating such territories,” the Deputy Prime Minister stressed.

Among other things, the official noted the veteran factor in the context of personnel to restore security in the de-occupied territories.

“It is people from among the veterans who will be able to ensure order there,” the Deputy Prime Minister stressed.

Iryna Vereshchuk also noted that the moral authority of veterans would enable them to effectively implement state policy in the de-occupied territories.
