  • Iryna Vereshchuk chairs expanded meeting of Mykolaiv regional coordination centre for civilian support

    During her working visit to Mykolaiv region, Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, held an expanded meeting of the Coordination Centre for Civilian Support under the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

    The meeting was attended by representatives of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, city and district military administrations, local communities, international and non-governmental organisations, and heads of territorial units of central executive authorities. Members of the Ukrainian Parliament were also present.

    The meeting participants discussed responses to energy challenges and the provision of household fuel to vulnerable people in Mykolaiv region for the next heating season. They also discussed humanitarian response and support for civilians in the autumn and winter.

    “The Government will do all it can to help Mykolaiv region prepare for winter. But we are also counting on the help of our international partners. By joining forces, we will definitely help people,” the Deputy Prime Minister summed up.
