
All hospitals should provide information on existing medicines before September 1, claims Volodymyr Groysman
The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman urges the leadership of regional and city health departments, as well as the heads of medical institutions, before September 1 to provide online information on the availability of drugs with subsequent weekly updates. The Head of Government announced in the course of an enlarged meeting on providing citizens with medicinal preparations.
"We provide drugs for the treatment, thus patients should receive medicines every week. The system is ought to run like clockwork, and this is not only the responsibility of the central authorities, but also of local governments There are not so many hospitals in the regions, it is possible to bring matters under control on the ground. The Government is shaping a decision on conducting a serious audit and revision of the situation. You should start to work actively, the Head of Government said. - By September 1, all hospitals should disclose information about existing medicines, and then they should ensure updating of information every week".
