The system of online services is already running in Ukraine and allows to to register a business or get social assistance for a child. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman stressed on air of  the ICTV channel. The Head of Government said that thousands of Ukrainians use e-services.

"You can apply for help at birth of a child, register a business online and get certified copies and extracts from the registers. All of this can be done online. This is already a country in the smartphone. Of course, the system must be developed. We know how to do it. Our task is to remove the necessity for citizens to go to state bodies to solve the problem. If there are new ideas, we know how to implement them", Volodymyr Groysman underscored.
