To ensure the security of citizens is among the key functions of the state. Therefore, a security service is the first and most fundamental for the citizens, and we must guarantee its qualitative provision at the level of communities. It is particularly relevant in the front-line Donetsk region, where the risk of emergencies is much higher than in any other region. This opportunity has been realized today due to the project in the framework of the decentralization reform implemented jointly with the SES, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine and Donetsk Regional Military-Civil Administration.
The Vice Prime Minister, Minister for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Hennadii Zubko emphasized during the opening of two Citizen Security Centers in Illinivska and Mykolayivska consolidated communities in the framework of a working visit to Kramatorsk. In the opening ceremony of the Centers were participating Chairman of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine Mykola Chechiotkin and Head of Donetsk Regional Military-Civil Administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky.
