Collaboration with the Regional State Administration, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine yields its result, thus we see how the infrastructure of each community changes today. Decentralization is increasingly becoming a more effective instrument for restoring Donbas, providing a new quality of life. We see the restored infrastructure, rebuilt schools and kindergartens, medical and cultural institutions in the Donetsk region. Recently, a new hub school was opened there, and today - security centers. In the framework of the State Fund for Regional Development, 22 projects were implemented last year. Our goal, using all the toolkits that gives decentralization, is to restore the Donbas and give the citizens of the region the proper quality of services in various fields - education, medicine, security", the Vice Prime Minister stressed.
