Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze during a three-day visit to the U.S. has taken part in public discussion at the Center for Strategic and International Studies on Ukraine-US relations in the context of Euro-Atlantic security.

The Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration stressed that leadership of the United States in solidifying the Transatlantic unity in support of Ukraine remains critical to restore our nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. “Russia needs to get a bold message from the West that it will be paying high price for continuing its aggression in Ukraine”, Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze said in her remark.

Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze also highly marked the U.S. role in training programs and in provision of the defensive equipment. “Over the 3 years of Ukraine’s fight against Russia’s aggression, the U.S. security assistance was immensely critical to enhance Ukraine’s defense capacity. We also believe that this endeavour was useful for the United States, since the American instructors had a chance to learn from the first-hand combat experience of Ukrainian soldiers, who fight against the new age techniques of Russia’s hybrid war”, the Ukraine’s Vice Prime Minister said.
