Prime Minister commissioned to send Ukrainian firefighting aircraft AN-32 to assist in fighting fires in Montenegro

Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman
in response to a request from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro
instructed the State Emergency Service of Ukraine to provide immediate aid to
the Government of Montenegro and to send the firefighting plane AN-32. The
request was received on July 18 and was promptly worked out by the Ministry of
Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov made all the
necessary decisions, which were issued in the corresponding order. Pursuant to
the commission of the Prime Minister, the firefighting aircraft has been sent
to Montenegro for the fulfillment of all tasks.
«I give
instructions to send the firefighting aircraft AN-32 to help in combating
forest fires in accordance with the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers
of Ukraine and the Government of Montenegro on cooperation in protection from
natural and other disasters», reads the commission.
