Hennadii Zubko: Ukraine is interested in participating in oil and gas projects of Belarus
Ukraine pledges readiness to participate in oil and gas projects of
Belarus. In particular, we are ready to supply equipment for processing,
transportation and storage of oil and gas, wrote on Twitter Vice
Prime Minister/ Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and
Utilities of Ukraine Hennadii Zubko
on the outcomes of the 25th meeting of the Intergovernmental
Ukrainian-Belarusian Joint commission on trade and economic cooperation.
«Our countries have enormous
prospects and potential in the field of oil transportation through the territory
of Ukraine to Belarus. Currently, we are working out the technical and economic
aspects of oil supplies using Ukrainian pipeline routes to Belarusian
refineries», the Vice Prime Minister noted.
Hennadii Zubko
stressed that the important aspect of the agreement is the implementation of
the Road Map for cooperation between state authorities and organizations of
Belarus and Ukraine on energy efficiency and use of local fuel and energy
resources for 2017-2020.
«We are deepening our partnership with the Republic of Belarus in the
field of seismic activities, providing services for drilling and overhaul of
oil, gas condensate and gas wells in Ukraine, supplies of equipment produced by
enterprises of our countries», he stressed.
It should be pointed out that the 25th commemorative meeting of the
Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Belarusian Joint commission on trade and economic
cooperation is underway today in Kyiv chaired by Hennadii
Zubko and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of
Belarus Vladimir Semashko.
