Prime Minister: We created Innovation Development Council as an instrument and incentive to produce national product

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the framework of a gradual replace economy dependent on raw materials to that basing on creation of value added and the national product set up a Council for Innovation Development. Currently, the Government engages in shaping the legislation on the development and support of science and innovation policy, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman on air of TV channel "112.UA".

«It is of utmost importance to create the Innovation Development Council, to elaborate the legislation as well as incentives aimed to support our scientists and our innovations. It is vitally important to produce the national product», the Prime Minister asserted.

Moreover, the Head of Government put a special emphasis to the fact that the uniqueness of Ukraine is already in the fact that citizens have an enormous inner potential.
