“The Ukrainian party values the work of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, the efforts of your monitors contribute to reduction of military and civilian casualties”, stressed Chief of General Staff General of the Army of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko during a meeting with Alexander Hug, Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine.

General Muzhenko stressed that lifesaving was top priority for the army leadership. The parties also focused on discussion of observance of the Minsk agreements and ceasefire.

Viktor Muzhenko underscored the readiness of the Ukrainian party to cooperate with the OSCE SMM patrols in east of Ukraine.
