The European partners stressed that they highly appreciate the Government's efforts to reform public administration and note the political will to implement these changes. The proof for that are steps taken by the Government to implement the PAR (Public Administration Reform) Strategy and introduced by Olexander Sayenko on 26 April concept of reorganization of ministries and personnel renewal based on the concept of the introduction of posts of experts on reforms.

"This is particularly important nowadays, when we have launched a major reform of the ministries. We are planning to attract top professionals, who will be elected through open competitions. We shall work on improving the structures by establishing new departments of strategic planning and policy analysis. Ministries must be modern and efficient. We must respond to contemporary challenges and build a successful state", wrote on his Facebook page Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleksandr Sayenko.

"The support of our European partners is the proof that we are on the right track regarding changes in the system of public administration. We must succeed in implementation of one of the most important reforms in Ukraine", he stressed.
