A land reform offered by the Government envisages the establishment of such a model of the market turnover of lands which will allow to develop small farming enterprises as well as to impose restrictions on purchasing land resources by foreign citizens and large agricultural holdings, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman stated during a press conference "Results of Government’s Yearly Activities".

“We did not have a format as well as a model of the turnover of lands. We have introduced it. We are not supporting the idea of the land reform, which will be carried out in the interests of agricultural holdings or foreign citizens. We will develop the farming sector as well”, noted the Prime Minister.

He emphasized that such developed vision of land reform should be supported by the Parliament because this decision benefits the interests of the citizens of the country.

“The same vision applies to the pension reform as well - it is designed to benefit the interests of the Ukrainian pensioners. These are vitally important decisions. The same as public and transparent privatization. Who will be against these decisions? Only those who are connected with shadow schemes “, noted the Head of Government.

He added that now the coalition is engaged in discussing of the Government’s proposals as well as demonstrating the synergy towards this issue.
