Minister Pavlo Klimkin held meeting with Assistant to the U.S. President for National Security Affairs Lieutenant General Herbert Raymond McMaster

The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine highly appreciated the U.S. support for Ukrainian sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Minister Klimkin expressed the hope that the experience, gained by Lt. Gen. Herbert Raymond McMaster during his studying of Russia’s hybrid war strategy against our country, was useful for understanding the challenges faced by Ukraine.

Pavlo Klimkin also stressed the need for further deepening Ukrainian-U.S. security cooperation in dimensions of common interest.

They also discussed the agreements reached by the Presidents Petro Poroshenko of Ukraine and Donald Trump of the United States during their telephone conversation on February 5th , as well as possibilities to continue in this course the dialogue with the U.S. administration at all levels.
