2 February 2017 in Strasbourg, Vice Prime Minister/ Minister of Regional Development, Construction,  Housing and Utilities of Ukraine Hennadii Zubko will make a report titled "Decentralization in Ukraine: achievements and prospects" at a meeting of the Council of Europe. Moreover, the Vice Prime Minister will inform the European community on the situations in Avdiyivka, Donetsk region.

In the framework of the event Hennadii Zubko is scheduled to meet with Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland.
