Radio Svoboda [Liberty – ed.]
"Pensions
to inhabitants of the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk
regions are assigned in full amount. Unfortunately, the Ukrainian state is
unable to pay pensions in the aforesaid territories. The only way to restore payments
in the occupied territories is their complete de-occupation and resuming effect
of Ukrainian laws and activity of Ukraine’s executive authorities", he
said.
According to
the Vice-Prime Minister, after restoring of its territorial integrity Ukraine
is committed to fulfill all obligations and carry out all necessary payments of
pensions and social benefits. "I reiterate – all pensions are alloclated,
we have clear registries of those people who because of the actions of
militants cannot get their money. And we guarantee that after the full
implementation of Minsk agreements and restoring of the territorial integrity
of Ukraine, all pensions and social benefits to the people who remained in the
occupied territories, will be paid," said Pavlo Rozenko.
