
Another radio transmitter activated in Luhansk region - the broadcast of the radio "Pulse" is restored

2016,in Luhansk region an FM-transmitter was put into
operation on a frequency of 89,3 MHz for broadcast radio "Pulse" in
the village of Stanytsia Luhanska;
this allowed us to expand broadcast of the Ukrainian radio programs on this
territory.
Transmitting
equipment was installed pursuant to the decision of the Commission on ensuring
stable operation of national television and radio broadcasting under the
Ministry of information policy of Ukraine.
The
Chairman of the Commission, Deputy Minister of information policy of Ukraine Tetiana Popova emphasized on the
increased area of Ukrainian broadcasters coverage:
"MIP of Ukraine together with the BRT Concern are taking all necessary
measures to increase the geographical coverage of the Ukrainian TV and radio
broadcasters. After the installation of the necessary equipment, residents of
urban-type settlement Stanytsia Luhanska
will have an opportunity to receive accurate information about the events and
will be able to listen to radio programs of well-known journalists".
Recall that, in general, more than 50 radio and TV transmitters were
installed, which were provided by the partners, to restore the Ukrainian
broadcasting in areas with "blind spots".
