Hennadii Zubko says Ukrainians can save about 20% of the central heating cost during heating season

Ukrainians will
able to save about 20% of the cost of services for central heating over the
heating season. This
was made possible thanks to changes in the order of charging payment for central
heating for the population, developed by the Ministry of Regional Development,
Construction, Housing and Utilities. According
to Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Hennadii Zubko, the most positive thing is that citizens will pay
only for actually consumed heat.
