The Defense Ministry has launched an electronic register of apartments and immovable property objects. The experts of the Ministry emphasize it is a common system of resource management with the use of SAP applications, which was firstly introduced among the defence and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.

The project was triggered to prevent corrupt practices in the process of solving issues of administration of immovable military property and providing military personnel with apartments. It enables to keep on-line records of real estate objects, those in the ownership of the Defense Ministry.

Currently, over 100 employees of apartment management units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine use the aforesaid information system in work, while the database enumerates 80 000 records.
