Government to update NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy's corporate management

To bring the
corporate management structure of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy and economic
partnerships, more than 50 percent of corporate rights (shares) of which belong
to the company, in line with the corporate management principles of the Organization
for Economic Cooperation and Development, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has
accepted a regulation № 396 of June 15, 2015
"On Amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine’s regulations of 3
September,2008, № 777 and of December 2, 2009, № 1354".
Amendments envisaged by the regulation are designed to improve the quality and efficiency of economic entities’ management, shareholder or participant of which is NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy, which will help improve the efficiency of such enterprises.
